Automatic Top-up

We’ve made it even easier for you to keep communicating. No more stop-start to your automated (or ad hoc) communications. With Auto Top-up, you can choose when to buy credits, and how much money you’d like to spend on credits every month.

How? Follow these easy steps.

1. Log in to your BulkSMS account
2. Click on Credits on the left menu
3. On the top nav, click on Auto Top-up
4. Toggle the switch to “On”
5. Enter the credit level at which you’d like to top-up
6. Choose the credit bundle you’d like to automatically buy
7. Add in the maximum amount you’d like to spend per month
8. Click Save
9. Enter your credit card details (virtual cards cannot be used)
10. Your credit card details are stored by Stripe
11. Click Save

Your Auto Top-up has now been set up! You’ll receive an email every time we top-up your SMS credits, and you’ll be able to see any of your Auto Top-up transactions on the Auto Top-up Page. To remove the automatic buying of SMS credits on your account, you can easily turn it off by switching the toggle to “off”.
