You may have some questions about our Automatic Top-up, so here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions.
When your credits reach a certain level, we'll automatically top up your SMS Credits. You can choose when to buy credits (at what credit level you'd like Auto Top-up to run), and how much money you’d like to spend on credits every month. When activated, we'll automatically debit your credit card and add the requested credits to your account whenever your credit levels drop to the predetermined level. This means you will never run out of credits, and your SMSes can continue running with no payment issues.
For the most part, yes, you will follow the same process, but you need to enter your billing details and verify your mobile number before you can set up the Auto Top-up. You can do this by clicking on the Buy button and following the prompts. If your mobile number has been verified and your billing details have been captured, you'll follow the exact steps listed here.
The credit card transaction will be billed by “Celerity UK”, the invoice you receive will still be a BulkSMS invoice though.
Your invoice will be emailed to you as per normal. And, you’ll be able to download from the usual place in app - login, click on Credits, and then Invoices.
There may be a delay of at most 15 minutes from when you reach your predefined credit level.
You can only choose one of our ready-made packages.
We do not store credit card data on our site, it is stored by the Financial Institution, Stripe.
To turn off Auto Top-up, follow the steps listed here, and toggle the Auto Top-up “Off”.
