Multi-factor Authentication on your BulkSMS.com account

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to do it:

1. Login to your BulkSMS account here
2. Click on the drop-down arrow next to your username in the top right-hand corner
3. Click on My Profile
4. Turn Multifactor Authentication ON
5. Enter your email address
6. Click Update
7. Go to your email client and copy the OTP we just sent
8. Past it in the relevant box
9. Click verify

Your multi-factor authentication is now on. When you next log in to your BulkSMS account you will be asked to authenticate your login via an OTP sent to the email address you added here.

To update your email address, follow the steps above but your MFA will already be on, all you need to do is click on Change Email.

If you’d like to turn Multi-Factor authentication off, you can turn the toggle to off.
